Nickelodeon Africa Channels Overview Of 2016

Nickelodeon is the number one brand for kids, replacing KTV. Nickelodeon is one of the most globally recognised and widely distributed multimedia entertainment brands for kids and family. Seen globally in more than 500 million households across more than 130 territories, this diverse and global brand puts kids first in everything it does.
Nick Jr is where playtime and learning meet with a ton of original programming as well as some familiar favourites, Nick Jr. is the go-to channel in households where two to six year olds roam. The content is entertaining enough to keep young children occupied, while parents can rest assured that the viewing experience will be one of learning.
Nicktoons has animated cartoons for today's youth available in over 13 million homes, replacing KidsCo NickToons showcases the world’s best comedy animation. Launched in 2002 and part of the Nickelodeon network of channels, NickToons broadcasts the very best in funny cartoons. The channels keeps evolving each year for the youth and offer the best series for future generations. Nickelodeon launched in July 2008 celebrating 8 years while NickToons and Nick Jr Launched in 30 September 2014. Since then Nicktoons (with Nick Jr) have been celebrating its 2nd year on DStv.

All the classic toons departed from the schedule except Rugrats and Hey Arnold! which shares a timeslot weekdays at 4:05 - no response was given on what will happen to all the classic shows that aired on the channel or when they'll bring them back unlike some others shows like Monsuno
