Welcome to Muchmore manor, home of uber-rich senior Mrs. Muchmore and her beloved dog with a red bow, Bentley. They want for nothing – unlike the down-on-his-luck trash-eating raccoon Scraggs, who spends his days jealously gazing at the constant food deliveries to the Manor.
Eventually it becomes too much for the little scavenger, and he gets an idea – he’ll disguise himself as an adorable kitty cat and infiltrate the manor, where it’ll be a never-ending buffet!

SYNOPSIS
The Mystery Incorporated gang goes to visit the Crazy Q Dude Ranch, which is owned by Shaggy Rogers' long lost cousin, Tawny Rogers. When the gang arrives, the residents scream in fright at the sight of Shaggy, and claim he is a ghost. Tawny explains that years ago, the ranch has been haunted by a ruthless western outlaw named Dapper Jack and points out that Shaggy looks just like him, as he is Jack's descendant. Tawny says if Dapper Jack's ghost continues to haunt the ranch, she will be forced to sell it. Afterwards, the gang begins investigating so Tawny will not have to sell the ranch.
