They explore causes, symptoms and holistic ways of treating these issues and how these solutions, when practiced correctly, can lead to a healthier mind, body and soul. In each episode, our experts delve deep into the root of what happens at biological, physiological and psychological levels when healthy living is practiced holistically. They inform the viewer of the roles played by diet, exercise, and lifestyle choices on their overall well-being, and the viewer in turn learns about the diverse approaches to health that suit different lifestyles, personalities and beliefs. Whether it’s conventional Western medical solutions or Eastern disciplines that have been practiced for thousands of years, modern nutritional viewpoints or age old remedies, each episode of Real Health aims to inspire, transform and enlighten.

Six Design Junkies compete to see who among them is best at turning junk into treasure! With a new brief each week, and two days to design and create slick and functional pieces worthy of any designer showroom floor, each of the contestants gets the chance to accumulate points. They’ll each also be working on one unique and ultimate showpiece to show off in the finale! Whoever has the most points at the end of the season gets to be crowned New Zealand’s best Design Junkie.
