Following the 2021 debut of Law Of The Heart on Telemundo and the newly launched Nurses, the channel will introduce another series from Colombia's RCN Television called The Scent Of Passion (Café Con Aroma De Mujer) which is based on 1994 hit series of the same name.
Every year, Gaviota and her mother arrive at Hacienda Casablanca to pick up the coffee from the second harvest of the year, but they hope that their next visit will be their last, because from now on they will be owners of their own land. However, fate has other plans. Octavio Vallejo, the owner of the hacienda, has just died. Gaviota previously had saved him from a kidnapping. Octavio promised as a reward to give her one hectare of land so that she could grow her own coffee. Trying to get the Vallejo family to honor the agreement, Gaviota meets Sebastián, Octavio's son, and an irrepressible attraction is born between them, a heartbreaking, impossible love, becoming two lovers who belong to different worlds.

The series stars William Levy whose best known for his work on Mexico's Televisa with Laura Londoño who not only starred in Law Of The Heart but produced several tracks for the shows. Carmen Villalobos whose best known for her work in The Way To Paradise and My Heart Beats For Lola stars as the main antagonist.
The Scent Of Passion was part of a list of upcoming productions set to launch on the channel later in the year alongside Family By Force and possibly Malverde.
The Scent Of Passion replaces The Search For Frida at 22:00 CAT from 3rd April. A month from now, the channel is expected to welcome back My Heart Beats For Lola.
Telemundo and RCN are also working on a new series which features a portion of cast members from The Way To Paradise titled Until Money Do Us Apart.
