More eVOD launches on eExtra
In February, Dokter Ali will only be available for 8 days with a release date for season 2 up in the air. The channel will broadcast a repeat of the historical drama Kurt En Shura I mean it was to be expected as Impak comes on Sunday and there's no other Turkish show except Binnekring which launches the following week.

Dokter Ali launched as a sneak peek on the channel back in 2021 as new episodes were made available on eVOD even the predecessor Kurt En Shura was a sneak peek before being made available on on eVOD and now eExtra.
Aside from eMedia's brands, Kurt En Shura was also made available on the Timeless Dizi Channel alongside Voƫlvry both of which were made available in English now Openview, StarSat and DStv customers can witness the epic love story in Afrikaans.
The series airs at 20:30 from Friday, 11 February.

St Novelas a female-skewed telenovela channel
featuring content from Mexico, Philippines and Turkey which is currently available on StarSat will soon air the Phillipine drama, The Legal Wife.
The story follows the lives of two best friends, Monica Santiago (Angel Locsin) and Nicole Esquivel (Maja Salvador). Friends from childhood, both yearn for a father’s love. Monica’s mother Eloisa (Rio Locsin) escapes a controlling, jealous and violent husband but is only able to take her baby daughter while her two sons are left behind.

Nicole is adopted by her landed industrialist and wealthy grandfather, Don Eduardo Esquievel. The two little girls meet during an inter scholastic intramurals.
