The Transporter
18th July at 20:00
As ex-Special Forces operator Frank Martin, Jason Statham brings his brand of British charm to the original film in the action franchise. Frank enjoys a quiet life, occasionally moving items for clients with no questions asked. His world is turned upside down with his latest job, during which he breaks one of his golden rules and looks at what he’s transporting. It turns out to be a woman, and what was a straightforward gig soon turns into a deadly fight for survival for them both.

Safe
19th July at 20:00
Jason Statham is a knight in rusting armour in this action thriller, playing down-on-his luck Luke Wright, a fighter who infuriates the Russian mafia by winning a bout he was supposed to lose. As well as targeting him, the criminal gang also abducts Mei (Catherine Chan), a young woman who has memorised the combination for a safe, holding millions in mafia money. Escaping their clutches, she runs into Luke, who happens to be a former elite agent and is determined to protect her from harm.

Transporter 2
26th July at 20:00
Suited, booted and with more slick moves and oneliners than you can shake a stick at, Jason Statham is a hoot in his second outing as Frank Martin. This time around, he’s playing chauffeur for a wealthy family’s six-year-old son. The chalk-and cheese pair quickly form a bond, so when the lad is kidnapped, Frank pulls out all the stops to return the lad, safe and sound, to his distraught family, and prevent his abductors from releasing a deadly virus. Matthew Modine and Amber Valetta co-star.

Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw
25th July at 20:00
Jason Statham holds his own as Deckard Shaw against Dwayne Johnson’s Luke Hobbs in this spinoff from the high-octane action series. The duo set aside their mutual loathing for each other so they can take down psychopathic former MI6 agent Brixton Lore (Idris Elba, in full-bore bad-guy mode). He’s intelligent, near-indestructible and in possession of a deadly chemical that he plans to use against the world – unless Hobbs and Shaw can stop him. With Helen Mirren, Ryan Reynolds and Vanessa Kirby.
