Oswald The Lucky Rabbit Series Canned On Disney+ And Prediction: Ben 10 Spinoff Kevin 11 Greenlit For HBO Max And Possible Cartoon Network

Don't worry the character is loved by Disney

Over the past 3 years there's been reports of an Oswald The Lucky Rabbit Series for Disney+, however as time went on there's been no more updates on the show.

Amidst that period, the production studio behind the show, Disney Digital Network shut down and it was speculated that the show was completed but it needed a release.

Oswald The Lucky Rabbit Series Showrunner and EP Matt Danner revealed on a QRT of Cartoon Brew about how Iger saved the character and during the development of Disney+ a Oswald The Lucky Rabbit TV show pitch was commisioned by Disney themselves and sadly it never passed beyond the pilot.

It has been speculated the crew incharge of the program were busy with other projects and that Disney adores the character so there could be a project on this character in future.

Still awaiting to get picked up apparently

It's been 2 years since anyone got an update to proposed Ben 10 spinoff Kevin 11. The character is Osmosian, a mutant subspecies of human, who first appeared as one of Ben's enemies but reformed as his best friend and Gwen's love interest.

When news of a possible spinoff surfaced some fans assumed that it will likely be based on the cancelled Ben 10 reboot.

Last year, Adventure Time greenlit a young adult spinoff titled Fionna And Cake. This series follows Finn and Jake's gender-swapped counterparts, Fionna the Human and Cake the Cat.

Notice how the demographic is kind of aligned to those who viewed Adventure Time during their youth. If I had to guess, Kevin 11 won't be based on that awful reboot but likely stands on its own two feet.

Kevin 11 could follow titular character life as an adult where he was referenced as an antagonist through several future story arcs but we never got to see the events that led him to that point. They could have him play good cop bad cop.
