Boomerang Angola And Mozambique To Become Cartoonito From March 23 On DStv


Cartoonito is a new channel for preschoolers that offers the best original content for early childhood. With beloved series like Tom and Jerry and Lucas the Spider, as well as the new original Bathweels series, Bugs Bunny Builders and Interstellar Ella. Cartoonito is the right place for children and their families to have fun and laugh a lot with trustworthy characters.

Emphasizing compassion, empathy and inclusion, Cartoonito celebrates the individuality of preschoolers, seeks to inspire them with positive and fun animated content, while encouraging little ones to let their imaginations run wild. Cartoonito has modern programming based on iconic Kids & Family products from Warner Bros. Discovery, carried out by Warner Bros. Animation and Cartoon Network Studios.

Cartoonito will launch on 23 March 2023 as a linear pay-TV channel across the EMEA region. Warner Bros. Discovery, with regard to programming for children between 2 and 6 years old, has an extensive range of modern pre-school entertainment on this dedicated channel, with fun, captivating and culturally significant stories.

The content on this channel celebrates the individuality of little ones, encouraging them to explore, learn, play and, especially, laugh.

Cartoonito will be available as a subscription TV channel to operators MEO, Vodafone and Nowo in Portugal from March 23, 2023 alongside Mozambique and Angola through DStv platform. In the rest of Africa, the brand would be made available from March 25, 2023.
