Mixed emotions over e.tv's most popular and loved telenovela Imbewu: The Seed closing the curtain. After a successful five year run, reportedly, the channel has finally pulled a plug on this telenovela. Like any other television show, Imbewu has had its up and down over the years, be it firing actors and actresses or controversies on and off set. However, the recent shocking news about the cancellation of this KwaZulu-Natal based telenovela has left many tongues wagging. According to entertainment commentator Phil Mphela, E.tv as the channel has finally reached a decision to cancel the show.
