This is earlier than initially anticipated, as the company announced last year that it would launch in 42 new countries “this summer” (winter in the Southern hemisphere) — between 21 June and 22 September 2022. The company also previously confirmed that its Disney+ service in South Africa would include the Star content hub when it launches. Star features TV shows and movies aimed at adult audiences instead of the more family-oriented and franchise-based content elsewhere on Disney+.     The Star hub is populated with programming drawn from Disney subsidiaries such as FX, Freeform, Hulu, ABC Signature, 20th Television, 20th Century Studios, Searchlight Pictures, Touchstone Pictures, and Hollywood Pictures. ( You can now share on Facebook ) During the weekend, several viewers noticed that MultiChoice removed the channel termination notice on eExtra, eMovies, eMovies Extra and eToonz while e.tv removed the termination adverts which were put up inbetween a program. As you browse the TV Guide for the month of April, all these channels have a full length schedule instead of the EPG message "channel will close March 31st" hinting at a possible renegotiation of their agreement with eMedia Investments or as some consider it April Fools Joke.     MultiChoice had operated certain channels such as Lifetime, History, Toonami and tvN. Two of which had their terminations removed while others were scruped temporally. ( You can now share on Facebook ) WorldSkills Namibia and their partners outlined plans to host WorldSkills Africa Swakopmund 2022 taking place from 28 March to 2 April 2022. More than 100 Competitors from 13 African countries will compete in 16 skills. The event will also include an international conference and a careers exhibition. WorldSkills Africa Swakopmund 2022 is supported by WorldSkills International and the African Union. WorldSkills Namibia was granted the right to host the second edition of the WorldSkills Africa Competition, following the inaugural event staged in Kigali, Rwanda, in 2018. Namibia’s Minister of Higher Education, Technology, and Innovation called upon the business sector to support WorldSkills Africa Swakopmund 2022, noting the event aligns with Namibia’s national long-term strategic endeavour to leverage the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector, and by extension, support economic prosperity for future generations.
