Michael Symon takes a road trip to taste the best classic dishes America has to offer, from mouth-watering burgers to tender barbecue, washed down with the best local beers and brews. In this culinary series he travels from one end of the country to another, starting off in New York for some Greek-style lamb band feta burgers and Italian-style smoky mozzarella and prosciutto, before heading West for the best BBQ and smoked dishes around. If it's meat and grilled or barbecued, Michael will try it, as this series tantalises the eyes and excites the taste buds!
